1. We are all so unique and that is something to be treasured rather then hidden. Embrace the person you are.
2. Most of the time people are doing the best they can with what they know and have experienced. Trust that all people have a deep down good side to them.
3. People don't like to be told what to do
4. It is fascinating to learn about how to understand different people and what drives them to do what they do.
5. When people are seeking that adrenaline rush (when they do something crazy like bungee jumping) they often feel so exhilarated as it forces them into the present moment and therefore feel most alive.
6. Written language is a window to the soul. We aren't judging people for their physical body but for who they truly are as a person.
7. As much as the soul and personality of a person is important, so is physical attraction (and that is okay too)
8. It helps to get things out (diary, video log, talking to someone). When we hold onto things, we get overwhelmed.
9. Learn to love your imperfections
10. Get out of your comfort zone. Truly connect with people. Don't be afraid to show what you truly believe in. Trust that the right people will show up at the right time.
