Dry Body Brushing- the benefits

While you may feel like a horse being brushed, this simple, delicious self care routine has many amazing benefits.

What is it?

Simply brushing the skin with strokes along the body.

How to do it?

There is a specific pattern to follow when brushing. For example, stroking around 7 times at each area mostly in an upwards direction.

The benefits?

1. SMOOTH SKIN-

After just one time your skin will feel as smooth as a baby's bottom

2. EXFOLIANT-

Rid the body of dead skin cells (also helps with ingrown hairs)

3. LYMPHATIC STIMULATION-

By brushing along the body towards the lymph nodes, the lymphatic system gets a helping hand.

4. REDUCE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE-

By stimulating the fat cells it helps to release any toxins stored in fat.

5. RELAXING-

A gentle massage all over your body. (Self love for the win!)
