Who are we?

Who are we really? What makes us up? Did we come into human form for a reason? What happens when we close our eyes? What happens when we die? What happens when we dream?
What do we think before we are born? Do we become into our bodies when we are still in the womb? What do babies think when they first open their eyes? Do we already have a developed soul when we are born but just lack the control over our brains enough to express ourselves? Can we simply look into someone's eyes and truly read the soul in a different language then we can express?
Have you ever looked into someones eyes and got completely lost in what they were talking about? Where do we go? What are we thinking? What is the other person thinking when that happens? How are we communicating?
What is the soul? What do we mean when we say that we are more then our physical bodies? How do we get back to our soul?

They (Functional Medicine doctors) say that meditation is the future of medicine. Meaning that we can heal ourselves with our minds. Or is it our soul? How does this work? How can we think ourselves into health? I believe it is more then just thinking it. It is believing it deep in our being. Believing health to already be true. The truth of our being.
What causes dis-ease? Stress? Guilt? Pain? But is pain simply chronic guilt? And how can we overcome this? Unconditional love. Finding something we enjoy doing that make us feel alive and content.
And while I'm on the question train... Why do we seem to always feel we need to change? Is it the world telling us how we can change? (or is it trying to help us?)
I believe that we are all perfect souls in a physical human form. When we live from within the outside world becomes a magical experience, rather then getting the outside world perfect to somehow feel content from within.
The bottom line- Live from the inside out and live in the NOW. (harder said then done, but its something to remember)
